I intend to buy a New Carafterselling my old car which happened to be Wagon R 2006 Mode.I came to Ganesh car at Vlr and met Mr.Prabhu of your Senior day relationship Managerin this regard.He convinced us to go for Wagon R Vxi Model and explained us the features of the vehicle.^Then and there we booked a new car on 11.1120. MR.Prabhu arrived the final amount after deducting the Rate of our old car.we made the payment on 25.11.20.Your Prabhu insist us take early Delivery of the new car.We takenDeliveryon 4.12.20 .On 4.12.20 Mr.Prabhu and your Manager gave us befitting a delivery and wished us HAPPY MOTORING. Plz go through fully... - good place - clean toilet - A/C customer lounge - professional workers - showroom being expanded My experience: I am from Salem, just finished a full service in Thriveni cars and was on a trip. My indicators failed suddenly - had a call with Triveni cars, they said they had to rewire the electrical circuit would cost around ₹4000. Had to visit (Ganesh cars, Vellore) as it was on the way - they took some time and found a short circuit in my left indicator and fixed it for ₹150. Fantastic work done...👌👌👌👌👌👌 ~ Dhinesh R

Came here just to appreciate the empathy and understanding shown by the staff at Ganesh Cars. 10 out of 5 stars to this place from my side. We were on our way from Bangalore to Puducherry and our car ran into some trouble. We visited Ganesh Cars, uncertain about how much time it will take for the issue to get resolved. On reaching the workshop we were told that we'll have to wait for a couple of hours for the issue (one lug nut and bolt in wheel has to be replaced) to get resolved. We requested the manager on floor to help us as we were running late and had lost 2 hours on road already. The manager understood our concern and assigned Mr Hemanth Kumar as the advisor. Mr. Hemanth helped us by immediately taking the car to the workshop floor and within an hour the job was done. They replaced all 4 nuts and bolts while they were at it. Loved the urgency the entire team showed to get us back on the road asap. It still took around 45 mins for the repair to be done but could have been much longer if it was some other place. Excellent job by the entire team at Ganesh Cars!! Keep it up!! ~ Shaurya V
